Now for the fun part:

I had some amazing times and some not so great times doing all that, but I'm redesigning my life to have more fun, joy, and peace.  I'm excited about the future. I'm planning all kinds of creative ventures. My themes for 2025 are Connection and Creativity. Let's go!

Why Four Footed?

I'm reading Women Who Run with the Wolves by Clarissa Pinkola Estes.  I read a sentence that floored me and made me question everything: No matter where we are, the shadow that trots behind us is definitely four-footed.

Four Footed. It's all I can think about.

We weren’t meant to live tamed, over-civilized, and disconnected from our instincts. Yet, we’ve been trained to walk on two feet: logical, composed, suppressing the wild knowing that pulses beneath the surface.

To live four-footed is to trust your body before your mind catches up. It’s moving like a wolf—instinctual, responsive, deeply attuned. But we’ve been conditioned to ignore intuition, to silence the voice that says, this isn’t right for you.

Living four-footed means standing firm when the world tells you to shrink, reclaiming the deep knowing within you.

Are you ready to reconnect with your instincts and step into a life guided by deep, inner knowing? If this message speaks to you, I’d love to hear your thoughts. Send me an email (see envelope icon below) and share what “living four-footed” means to you—or let’s explore how I can support you on this journey. Your wild, untamed self is waiting.
